Martin Dupont is a research technician within the Nephrology, Transplantation and Renal Regeneration Research Unit of the CHUM Research Centre in Montreal. Martin obtained a bachelor's degree in agronomy, majoring in agro-industries and biotechnologies at the Haute-École Louvain en Hainaut in Belgium.

He joined Dr. Hébert's laboratory in April 2023. Outside of the lab, Martin practices various sports, plays chess and enjoys discovering the beauty of Quebec and Canada.
